This method can successfully replace a missing permanent tooth with a healthy, natural-looking tooth from the patient’s mouth. 
The third molar can replace the first tooth that has rotted. Good aesthetic outcomes can be achieved because the transplanted tooth stimulates bone regeneration, helps to keep the associated gingiva in its standard shape, and restores function. Bone grafting isn’t always necessary to make dental implants functional and aesthetically pleasing.
